Reviravolta Audiovisual Production was enlisted to chronicle the journey of Henrique, an autism patient at Pilares Núcleo de Saúde, from his diagnosis to his remarkable progress, culminating in his discharge from the clinic's care.
As the sole creator behind the project, I assumed a multifaceted role, overseeing everything from initial storyboarding to animation and delivering the final product. Collaborating closely with the client, I actively sought their insights and feedback at every stage, ensuring their vision and Henrique's story were authentically captured.
Henrique's narrative, narrated in his own voice, infused the story with both humor and poignancy, offering a unique perspective on his experiences. Embracing this perspective, we conceptualized the animation to emulate the whimsical drawings of a boy his age, creating a timeline of significant milestones in his journey. Leveraging Henrique's comedic storytelling, we integrated humor into both the animation and visual elements, enriching the narrative with warmth and charm.
